Key deliverables and Responsibilities:

• To drive and manage the implementation of the QMS Software into the business
• Implementing and monitoring of the QMS Software to assess functionality, reliability, performance and quality of the software
• Developing the configuration and executing the QMS Software to ensure that all objectives and processes within the business are met
• Testing the QMS Software to ensure it is in a working order and configured correctly before it goes live into the business
• Create statistical Reports from the QMS Software relevant to the business and analyse the statistical data
• Be the superuser of the QMS Software ensuring required training for other employees in the department to ensure relevant cover is obtained
• Work and support relevant departments and software providers to ensure that integration of the QMS Software with the required Softwares is clearly defined, understood and implemented
• Support continuous improvement activities identifying ways to improve the processes with the use of the QMS Software

Requirements – experience/qualifications:

• Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, MS Office, Power BI
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience with and/or delivery of a QMS Software initiatives beneficial
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management beneficial
• Project Management experience beneficial
