Farsound Aviation - a leading supply chain and logistics solutions provider, distributor and stockist for the global aerospace industry - is exhibiting at the 2015 Dubai Airshow. Farsound Aviation supplies and supports a number of the world's leading aero engine MRO organisations, as well as customers in the defence, marine and petrochemical industries. In a recent interview, Kevin Sargent, Farsound Aviation's Chairman, spoke about the company’s international growth plans: “Farsound Aviation is well established in the Middle East and Asia, and we continue to grow in these rapidly expanding markets with several new contract wins at Aero Engine MRO facilities.” In July, the company appointed Jameel Ul Rahman as Business Development Manager for the region. He is now building on and expanding Farsound Aviation's existing Middle East customer base to increase the company's presence and reputation there. Taking a stand at the 2015 Dubai Airshow is a crucial part of this remit.

The bi-annual Dubai Airshow takes place this year at the DWC, a purpose-built site in Dubai, from 8 to 12 November 2015. 1,100 exhibitors are booked to attend from more than 60 countries and around 160 aircraft are expected to go on display.
