Responsible for ensuring that all products and services delivered to customers meet applicable aviation regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards.
Acts as the primary quality interface between the business and Key customers, managing quality-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability
